The many ways tooooo......

Let me introduce you to a very close friend of mine,  He is very simple, pale and bald but ladies don't be discouraged from introducing him to your friends. He comes in one shape, very well rounded, and he's free of baggage.  He has a great relationship with his mother. He's so well known his face is plastered on cartons. He's a high quality creature, and his muscle building qualities are outstanding. It doesn't take much to crack his tough exterior so if you do you'll be able to see he has a heart of gold. You can bring him home to meet your parents at the table in very many ways...If you haven't guessed yet it's an EGG!!! LOL. There are so many ways to eat an egg! Here's some of my favorite ways...

Cheesy Egg Bowl
4 Egg whites
1 yolk
1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese
Stir together in a bowl & microwave. Stirring constantly every minute or so.

Light up my Life Salad
Boil Water & poach your egg
Layer it into a bed of Greens (Spinach & Romaine)
Sprinkle on Walnuts, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, red peppers & peas
Top with light Balsamic Vinaigrette or just use the yolk as "dressing"

Sunny Egg breakfast wrap
Over easy 3 egg whites & 1 yolk
1/4 cup fat free cheese
Top with: 1 slice of turkey bacon
Roll into a Flat Out wrap

Eggs in oatmeal
1/2 cup of oats
1/4-1/3 cup of egg whites
3/4 cup of water
Mix all together and microwave, top with cinnamon & your favorite sweetener

Sunshine Turkey Burger
Over easy 1 egg
1 Turkey Burger (I use from 97%-99% lean ground)
1 Light Babybel wedge
2 thin slices of avocado
Top & Bottom it off with Light Thomas' 100 Cal English Muffs

Mexi Breakfast Eggy Burrito
Over easy or scramble 2 egg whites + 1 yolk
Throw on 1 Wedge of Light Babybel Cheese wedge to Melt
Top with 1/4 cup Black Beans & Diced Peppers or Tomatoes
Sprinkle cilantro & then Wrap in a La Tortilla Factory Low Carb Wrap

Rolled White Sunrise Omelet
Combine all :1/2 cup of skim milk
4 egg whites & 1 yolk
1/3 cup of shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp + 1 tsp of Flour
Top with 1/2 cup of chopped Spinach
Heat oven 350 using parchament paper and dash of olive oil line small baking sheet
